Job Title: Chief Executive Officer Company: Oneida Seven Generations Corporation Location: Oneida, WI The Oneida Seven Generations Corporation is a tribally chartered, tribally owned Corporation authorized by the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin. The corporation is a holding company for commercial real estate assets and other business ventures to develop long-term income streams and to sustain the economic diversity of the Oneida Nation. Duties and Responsibilities The Chief Executive Officer will manage the Corporation activities to achieve profit and return on capital. The position develops business and financial strategies, operating plans, policies, and short and long range objectives for the corporation, in collaboration with the Board of Directors. This position recruits, supervises and develops team members. This position leads the organization towards objectives and reviews and reports on results of business operations and performance to Board of Directors and shareholders. The Chief Executive Officer maintains and develops organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, partners and regulatory agencies. This position represents the organization to customers, shareholders, government agencies, and the local business, public and tribal community. Qualifications Must be an enrolled member of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Land Management, or closely related field. Must have five (5) years of full-time professional level work in land development, economic development, business regulation, real estate marketing, or closely related work. Experience working with tribal government and/or tribal businesses is preferred.
